[Somehow this doesn't surprise him in the slightest. He's not expecting Thrall to be on time but at least the time gives him a chance to be outside and explore the settlement even on his tight metaphorical leash. Knowing his boundaries has put a damper on his spirits for the most part but now that he's outdoors it helps lift his mood a little more, weaving his way through talking to refugees occasionally and finally settling in the dirt by a tree.
