Might not be a bad idea to split it into piles so that we don't have all of the fires going out at the same time. [He's already calculating in his head how to evenly split everything.] If we have multiple fires going that also gives us enough time to find more kindling to keep them going and we can respark them when we need to.
[He's already moving, setting up a small stack of wood a short distance away before crouching down and holding up both of his palms. Two small flames appear and it's apparent he's exercising a lot of control to keep them that size as he ignites the wood to get the fire going. He feeds the flame, letting it grow to a decent size before stepping back.]
