I mentioned before, briefly, the idea of a sustained nexus between worlds. I think I could actually make that happen. A little mechanical assistance with fiddly bits might be needed; my eyes are not as good as they used to be.

...I mean yeah. That sounds pretty cool...Ruby and I have thought about it before but I've never figured out exactly how. What'd you have in mind? Or is that a better question to ask in person?

On my home-world, we built these free-standing portal installations called Zaaps, which we used to get from place to place when making and closing individual portals was inconvenient. With the strength of Tellus' wakfu right now, I think I can make a few and switch them on and off, like a switchboard, to portals placed in people's home-worlds if they choose.

I've been designing a switcher mechanism for this, and if I had a longer time, I'd just build a free-handed device like an automated Eliacube to spring a portal when it is needed. But I don't have that kind of time unless I act on this now.
