You feel like it was your fault. [That's just based on what he knows from Leon and he really, really should stop but the pieces are falling into place relatively quickly.]

It probably wasn't, by the way. [He doesn't even care if Leon won't listen, but he's really starting to wonder what the circumstances surrounding this were.] I know you keep thinking people have to be accountable for their own mistakes and their own shortcomings but I'm still saying that's not always true. Especially not when it comes to something like this.

She doesn't use her Semblance, though. She'll run there at a normal speed, which should give him the time to get ready--at least, by the time she's there and knocking.]

[And when she knocks he does as good boyfriends do and opens the door for her. There are a few things happening here though.

a.) he's still in his pajamas (clean ones, thankfully)
b.) there are a few bruises blossoming places and his ankle's wrapped up in an ace bandage and he's keeping weight off of it
c.) there's a box of pizza on the coffee table by the couch
and d.) he's not actually looking at her, he's staring at his CereVice intently. But he still grins a little.]

I was gonna call you later but you beat me to it. [Whatever he's doing he seems to finish and he looks up at her with a small grin, immediately checking her over anyway just to make sure she's in one piece.]

I haven't been able to work on my own gear since some people asked me to make stuff for them.

Getting rid of the steam, though. It's going to work better and I'd be able to move in the air with rockets instead. Rockets always make things better.

I tried to tell you that when you got mad about Mochi's rocketboots. I was hoping you'd say that though. That's pretty dangerous for him to be just working on gas and risk plummeting through the air when it runs out.

Let me ask you something. If someone made the choice to try and rescue someone else but they died in the process, would that be their fault, too?
