[It hadn't been his goal to make Leon guilty for once. He doesn't even miss the way he responds, though Baymax picks up on it when he looks back at the two boys. Even if he's ahead, Leon will have noticed Baymax continually looks back to check on Hiro. He's been trained to look after his patient at all costs and Hiro's grown so used to it he thinks nothing of it.]

Dunno. In case you haven't noticed, it's not really in our design to do everything that's expected. [He huffs lightly.] Baymax was never programmed to understand non-physical wounds. He taught himself. Downloaded a whole database and educated himself. [On grief, specifically. He doesn't think he needs to spell that out for Leon though.]

...and anyway activating him was kind of an accident. I couldn't get him to go away after he showed up, but I'm kinda glad he didn't listen to me.

Then...

[Leon's quiet for a moment as he processes that. He thinks about Chaltier, and how the sword acts as his guide and his mentor and his caretaker all in one.

I would try to have that plan fully formed sooner rather than later, but I'm sure you've already realized that as well.

[ Forgive him a moment. He knows this is serious and he's honestly touched that his friend was worried about him, but he has to stifle a laugh at the mention of "bug superheroes".

Sorry. You know I wouldn't have left if I had any say in the matter. But I'm glad you and my sister got to bond while I was gone. [ A little cheeky, but then his tone sobers. ]

But you know, prefacing that with "all things considered" really makes me want to ask a ton of questions. [A pause.] You up for hanging out for a bit? [He has to see him for himself, really.]

[ He tucks his CereVice in his pocket as he heads out, thinking still on Mosley's post. An apology... it meant so little in the face of everything they'd been through. And Mosley's airy assurances that they were still working to fix all their problems meant even less.

Striking deals with him... was so, so dangerous. As Yu arrived at the Sanctuary and looked around for his friend, he couldn't help but be viscerally reminded of what he'd learned about England's fate. ]

[..... Okay, Baymax, okay. Leon arches an eyebrow at that, but he just shakes his head with a scoff that isn't entirely angry.

How can he really judge Hiro for that when he has Chaltier at his side? His friend, his crutch, and with him from nearly the beginning of his life to the end.]

... I see. [It's just a quiet acknowledgement--he can't really say anything at all.]

Me, probably. Unless the giant butterfly can shoot lasers from its wings I'm not sure how it'd really be able to save anybody anyway. Gravity Falls doesn't have those kind of heroes does it?

If I have to, I will attack it with a pair of pliers and rip out its internal processor. It'll be fine. Tadashi and I are used to building and taking things apart. I'll just get him to help if things get too complicated.

It's a hint at something else though...what, I'm not sure, but it's definitely not something to ignore either. Anybody else report similar things to you? I should start asking around too.

Things'll be fine eventually. I think he just needs the time to process it. I mean...I've got a couple of months of history on him that he never got to live through. I'll tell him the rest of the story when he's ready. That'll hopefully solve everything.

[When Yu enters the sanctuary Hiro's already there on the ground fiddling with the deflector to block out CERES from this conversation. Baymax is also here keeping his patient company.]

Hello, Yu. [A brief scan.] You are: well. [Physically, at least. Hiro looks up from his place on the ground and gives a tentative smile as the deflector kicks in.]

I still think this thing was my best invention here even with the side-effects.

[He finds the lack of outward judgement a little suspicious, but he's not going to be the one to bring it up. So he nods to Leon's response, spotting the burger place not too far in the distance.]

Yeah. So...insulting my friend? Not really a good idea. [A pause.] He's also family. Make sense? [It's tentative, but Leon's not being as much of a jerk right now. He can do the same at least.]

[All the more reason he needs to see Dipper in person.]

Not unless you count Time Baby. I know he shoots lasers just because he was mad! Now that was definitely a weird day!
