I checked the CereVice this morning. Two people from Ruby and Yang's world, my friend Dipper, Levi's gone, Adelina went...I don't get it. None of these people fit in any kind of pattern at all except for "maybe sometimes from the same world."

I think Dave might have shown up with that new group, too. He didn't seem to know a lot about how this place worked. Were any your friends in the same group?

Sooo, a bunch of people from the same world got pulled in but none of us ended up together. You should check with those two people from Ruby and Yang's world too, to see if it's the same for them. [Since he only knows two those two from that world.]

...Yeah, super weird. I've heard of people being taken from worlds that weren't their original ones, but going back to a different world only to come back here? [ What would the point of that even be? ]

Huh. Okay. You know what a birthday means right? It means you were born on a certain day and you're another year older. Usually there's candles on those cakes to signify how old a person is...unless you're my aunt. She doesn't like that. Anyway people usually celebrate by having parties, but some people like celebrating by spending the day with a few close friends. You pretty much do whatever you think is fun and the person's favorite things. That's kinda the difference between a birthday and Christmas. Christmas you have to share the holiday with pretty much everybody.

[Did you think he was done talking? Sorry Roxas, meet Hiro. He doesn't like to shut up when he really knows something.] Presents can be the easiest part or the hardest part of the whole thing. Depends on how well you know somebody. You don't know somebody well enough, you get them a gift card and let them get whatever they want. Thought that counts, whatever. For the people you do know best, you get them something that you know they'll like but also something that'll make them think of you.

I don't know if Phoenix knows the meaning of the word reckless. [He shakes his head.] We kept him as safe as we could, don't worry. It was me, him, Kashuu, and two guys named Chuya and Dave. Chuya made up enough recklessness for all of us. I'd never met him or Dave before then. Think that means something, too?

[He's twisting in Tadashi's arms to get a better look at Honey.] Sort of. We can probably show you everything when we get home, I think the post isn't too far back on the main network. We didn't see it after it threw us into the room.

So it has some kind of powers that denies the ghosts a chance to pass on. [That's pretty messed up.] How's that even possible? I always thought ghosts didn't move on by choice...did they get a chance to tell you who trapped them? Or why?

Why bring in a bunch of people from the same place and people that know each other just to separate them? What're they trying to prove?
