All the colonies have breathable air, so you don't have to walk around in a space suit. It's recommended to wear one, though, if you're going to be close to the exit hatches.

All that's on the Moon is a Lunar Base. Military only, nothing exciting. There's been wind for a terraformation project set for Mars, but I don't know if that'll ever get off the ground. Venus is too hot. Mostly, though, everyone's too busy fighting each other to make real progress.
[ Oops got a little too real. ] Earth surprised me. We have technology to imitate seasons in space, but nothing like what Earth has. And the weather is different everywhere. It could be raining in Hong Kong but be bright and sunny in Brisbane.
