Hiro Hamada's Communicaton Devices - UNDER CONSTRUCTION!

As of June 2701, Hiro Hamada has the ability to create off-locket communication devices thanks to a boon from the monarchs. These devices can be created out of just about anything though they function best out of flat surfaces.

As of August 2702, these devices have the capability to be on their own separate network which is also monitored by Hiro himself. He has the "master device", so to speak, and so any sort of ill-doing will call for an immediate shut-down of any of the other devices. In addition, these devices can connect to the main locket network (please see below for types of upgrades for devices.)

There will be a few networks created.

1.) A main Hiro-based network; all characters who purchase a device will have access to a main off-locket network, along with the main locket network. These devices will also be pretty basic unless commissioned for more upgrades. These devices can be anything (i.e. Hiro's is a tin candy container, some have been made into necklaces, etc.)

2.) An R&D-based network; only accessible to members of the Unseelie R&D. These devices will have the basic upgrades along with a few extra.

3.) Hiro's personal network; a fancy way of saying people in his very-close circle of CR/people who're working on various missions. These devices will have basically everything he can offer.

What can these devices offer?

Currently, basic devices can connect to their own personal network off the locket along with the main locket network and are capable of the same functions (voice, video, and voice-to-text.)

Additionally, Hiro will have the capability to create devices with the following features:

FIRST TIER DEVICES
-Text to text. Characters with these devices will be able to type actual texts to others. (Available in all devices)
-Bookmarking feature. Characters with these devices will be able to have a sort of storage folder for network posts they want to keep track of. (Available in all devices)

SECOND TIER DEVICES
-Text to text. Characters with these devices will be able to type actual texts to others. (Available in all devices)
-Bookmarking feature. Characters with these devices will be able to have a sort of storage folder for network posts they want to keep track of. (Available in all devices)
-Capability for Hiro to create other networks to connect devices to. (Please contact me if you would like a specific network created.)

THIRD TIER DEVICES
-Text to text. Characters with these devices will be able to type actual texts to others. (Available in all devices)

-Ability to tap into the Seelie network. Characters with these devices will be able to connect to the locket-based network and not only see the Unseelie posts, but also the Seelie. (Note: devices that connect to the Seelie will be handed out rarely since it makes him a liability, basically.)
