[As the sun finally settles below the horizon, Hiro finds himself coming back out of his hut. It's Thursday and he knows he only has a few hours before he needs to be back and it's for that reason he walks down to the water's edge. Settling down, he takes off his sneakers and sits on the wet sand, feet in the ocean and staring off into the distance. He'll be there for a while.
It's where he'll be by the time Nino finds him, and though he's not facing her at all he does speak up.]
