No deadline but I'm going to be spending a month and and some training a crew. My builders estimate three weeks to get a ship that size constructed....which seems like bullshit but magic is magic. [Also, mods.] If I want everything to line up, well, you do the math.

Which btw, I'm only asking for an improved design. Don't actually....build the thing. That's on my end.
