Oh. [If he sounds surprised, it's because he is. There's a laugh under his breath as he zips up his bag and heads for the door.] Then I'll meet you outside of your office in like ten seconds. [Because shadowtraveling is still fun, sorry. It's only after enabling the wards on R&D that he'll actually just do that now, slipping into a dark space and reappearing in a corner right outside of Clarke's office.]
( Clarke's opening the office door right as Hiro's stepping out of the shadows; at least at this point she's growing more accustomed to him popping out of shadows around her.
with the door closed, she immediately rifles around in the bag over her shoulder, holding a necklace out to him. the small vial on it is, well, clearly filled with blood. )
Wait until we get to Glaschu to put it on, but it'll cast a glamour on you until the blood in it runs dry. It should give us a few hours.
[Sorry for your creepy, sneaky son, Clarke. He doesn't even seem bothered with what he's being handed, though he's peering into the vial and he's half-tempted to ask her whose blood it is. He doesn't. Instead, he pockets the necklace and hikes his backpack up further.]
Clever. Are we teleporting? I think I can probably get there myself since Bellamy and I were there before. Not sure where I'd end up inside Parrais though.
( Clarke's been through the entirety of Parrais; she could teleport inside the Mayfair if she wanted to, though she's pretty sure that would startle whichever curator was working that day. )
Probably right outside. That's good enough right? [He could probably do closer but he's a bit wary after what happened last time he was in Parrais.] Then I can put it on and we'll go to the gallery thing. Okay?
[And there's a childish grin, one she probably hasn't seen on his face for a couple of weeks.]
I'll race ya. [And with that he ducks back into the shadows and disappears from sight. He lands just outside of the city as suspected, hiding among a few trees as he digs his hand into his pocket. Slipping the amulet around his neck, he trusts that it'll work to disguise him well enough and for further disguise, he reaches into his bag and pulls out one slightly beat up baseball cap. The cap has never made a public appearance, but it'll serve its purpose today. He crams it over his head and slips off his hoodie to ball into his bag. He's probably the only one in the Drabwurld to continually wear that particular item of clothing, so it's better not to draw attention to himself. All that mattered now was waiting for Clarke to appear so they could head into the city.]
( Clarke teleports soon after, and spots Hiro right as he pulls his necklace and cap on; it's almost strange seeing the immediate change, watching as the glamour settles around him. she approaches as herself, making sure that Hiro sees her before she dawns her own, hair turning a darker shade, features becoming sharper; she could pass for any other Parrais native with ease. )
[The glamour helps, lightening his hair a bit and making him seem a little older than he is, but his eyes are still the same as he peers up at her from under the brim of the cap. He's excited, tension already dissolving the moment Clarke joins him and he begins marching forward as he grabs Clarke's hand to pull her forward.]
More than ready. We didn't really get a chance to explore before the whole...riot thing. [You know. No big deal.] You're sure the glamours are going to hold up will enough?

That way we can get these on and then go inside.
