dunno being pleasantly plump sounds fine to me [and it's reassuring for Tenka too -- this is how he talks to a lot of younger people in Cerealia, but the bit of sass back and forth makes him think a lot of his older of his two younger brothers. It's rather nostalgic.
but tenka's just snorting faintly at the description. Someone who fights to protect and save everyone else? call Sousei a superhero then....] ive got a suspicion that you still arent expected to save everybody all by yourself. you definitely have help, right??
[He asks just because when he was younger and wanted to protect the country, he still had his own team too.... it sounds very familiar.]
Test that theory and see how that works out for you.
And maybe not, but my team's not here and I don't want to drag my new friends into being a new team. I dragged my friends from home into being heroes in the first place. [Because why not? Clearly that's what every 14 year old should be doing.] I've got help back home and...I've got Baymax here, and maybe a couple of other friends who know what they're doing. Doesn't that count for something?
[Well. Tenka loves banter as much as the next person, he definitely does.
But what Hiro's saying in the rest of his text requires more of his attention. He'll even try harder to add punctuation for you, Hiro.]
counts for a lot, hiro-kun.
But take it from me. Doing everything on your own can get dangerous and youre too young to have to figure that out the hard way. if nothing else I know a thing or two about defending myself and protecting a prefecture and i know a lot of people who would only want to help you and your causes.
the other thing is that youd be surprised. Some people might never realize but they might just be meant to be heroes. I doubt you dragged your friends into it as much as you think.... inspiration can look like coercion sometimes yknow?
[Take it from someone who was trying to save the world at age 13 too, Hiro.]
The thing about it is? I don't want more people to be put in danger, Tenka. We're already at a high risk by being here, it doesn't make sense to aggravate it even further by getting people to follow me and what I want to do here. If I have the means to help people, that's what I'm gonna do. I don't want to find out that my friends couldn't actually stand up for themselves when it's too late.
...I mean maybe, but. The whole thing's complicated. It's okay. I know people aren't going to really get it but it's what I'm going to do here.
