I don't know if he deserved to die or if maybe it actually saved him in the end. All that anger and grief could've very easily turned him into a hellion after that. And Muse never got closure with her brother about what happened. [The seraph looks at Hiro for a quiet moment.] You sound like you speak from experience, though.

Sorey has Michael's copy. The two of us loved that book as children, inspiring us and other people to explore ruins around the world. Even now we still refer to it. The Celestial Record is frankly his most prized possession.

Without closure could you really consider something like that a good thing? Maybe it's selfish but it sounds like the only favors he did anybody was still to himself. [...ah. Mm, that's not entirely fair, though. We saw him at his absolute worst, but we never knew him as a person. Lailah's the only one who did out of all of us. Still...I wouldn't wish anyone to become a hellion, especially when there's a chance he couldn't be purified.

[Mikleo hesitates for a moment before walking over to Hiro. He places a hand gently on his shoulder.]

Maybe you're right...[Vengeance isn't an answer no matter how wrong a person is. Being a hellion sounds awful and though terrible things have happened...at least Mikleo's here now. And he has support.

He looks surprised when he sees him moving closer in the camera of the CereVice and notices there's a hand now on his shoulder. It's hard to ignore the fact he's smiling in response. So...this did help. They came to a conclusion about the masks and though there's a lot of baggage, he feels like this was needed for the seraph.]

[He smiles and nods. Heldalf tried that tactic on him and Sorey once, to get them to become corrupt due to avenging Gramps. Yet, it didn't work, and he has confidence that Hiro has the support necessary to not go down that path, either.
